Polyethylene pipes The group of companies 'Biolog' produces polyethylene pipes designed for transportation of water and the other liquid and gaseous substances which can be resisted by polyethylene. Polyethylene pipes are used for household water facilities, artesian wells, irrigation systems, electrical and technical aims, as a safety covering for lines of communication, etc. In contrast to steel pipes polyethylene pipes are not subjected to corrosion. They do not need any special protection. Much less electric power is needed for polyethylene
pipes welding than for steel pipes welding. Polyethylene pipes do not evolve
any toxic gases and have no ill effect on human organism while direct contacting.
No protective equipment is needed while working with polyethylene pipes. Their durability makes up not less than 50 years if service conditions are observed.
SDR and maximum working pressure of PE-80 polyethylene pipes
SDR (Standard Size Relation) is the relation of nominal external pipe diameter and nominal wall thickness.
Mastering of gas transmission system pipes manufacture (PE-80 and PE-100) is centered in the immediate plans of our company. There is a laboratory at our enterprise certified according to currently in force documents of State Committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulations and consumer policy issues. One can find modern test equipment here.
