'Bioline' roofing materials 'Bioline' is ecologically clean hard roofing material containing no asbestos or bitumen, or phenols, or any other carcinogenic substances. 'Bioline' is designed for roof equipping in housing, civil and industrial building. It is a reiterated winner of the Ukrainian contest "Ecology XXI' which was held in 2001 and 2003. 'Bioline' was named to be the most ecologically clear and the safest roofing material. Hygienic and radiological certificates and the certificate of conformance verify absolute safety of its usage. In December 2000 "Bioline' was national quality contest' Vischa proba' laureate. In November 2002 "Bioline' got a diploma of 'National goods quality contest laureat' among medium enterprises of Ukraine manufacturing industrial goods for population. In 2003 "Bioline' won the competition called "The Crystal Ladder 2003' in 'New Ukrainian Development Technologies' nomination. 'Bioline' roofing sheets appeal to tastes of any buyer and brings to life the boldest ideas of architects and builders. The group of companies 'Biolog' produces several kinds of roofing materials:
(*Marseilles tile of the beginning of the XIII century (France)
served as a basis of design ) High consumer characteristics of the material such as glossy surface (sun reflection and snow freely slipping down), saturated color, wide colour spectrum (eight basic colours) won't keep indifferent any builder. 'Bioline' is fade resistant and is not susceptible to mechanic damages as in contrast to the other painted roofing materials it is painted all along the whole thickness with sun-proof pigments light resistance of which according to BWS scale makes up 8 points (this is the maximum light resistance index for pigments). 'Bioline' roofing material has perfect sound and heat resistance. 'Bioline' layer with 5mm thickness is equipollent to 10mm thickness layer of wood. First of all the specialists pay attention to its high physical and mechanical characteristics and manufacturability of working with it.
*Frost-resistance is a quantity of in turn cycles of freezing and thawing with no visible signs of destructions. 'Bioline' roofing material is of high durability and it stands extreme snow and wind loading (under the lathing pitch of 460mm it stands up to 200kg/sm2) which is 10 times higher than of asbestos-cement sheets. Temperature rate of 'Bioline' exploitation ranges from -40°С to +80°С. Absolute absence of water absorbing makes this roofing material very stable to abrupt temperature drop and stands more that 100 'freezing-thawing' cycles. The unique peculiarity of 'Bioline' roofing material appears to be its durability to different climatic conditions (high humidity regions and the seaside) and corrosive environment (industrial gases, acid rains, weak alkali and acid solutions, etc.). Due to these characteristics there has increased a great interest of builders and industrial objects customers to the material. Nowadays 'Bioline' is widely used in building and reconstruction of cooling towers (including those on metallurgical industrial complexes), potassium and port terminals, warehouse complexes for pesticide storage, etc. 'Bioline' is a universal material which is successfully used both in private houses and industrial buildings and constructions building. 'Bioline' is the roofing material of the XXI century. |
